Just a couple of reminders for things that keep popping up:
- Please make sure you run ALL funding applications by me before you submit them - as it is our details you put on the application, we need to make sure we are correctly represented. By sending us your application, I can also add it to our master spreadsheet, so that when money comes into our account from a funder, I know who has applied for what, and therefore which collective budget I should add the funds to. Make sure you send your draft application to me well before the due date (at least 1 week before).
- When submitting expenses, please put as much detail as you can in either the description or the invoice uploaded. This is particularly important if you are approving your own expenses. We need to be sure that we're only paying expenses that meet NZ charity law requirements, and nothing for personal benefit.
