Good Governance Co

Good Governance Co exists to remove the barriers that stop Australian changemakers from creating impact. It provides auspicing services (fiscal hosting), grant management and distribution, and capacity-building support to community groups, grassroots movements and projects that lack the capacity or desire to register as a formal legal entity. By handling the financial and administrative load—bank accounts, compliance, governance structures—it lets changemakers focus on their mission rather than red tape. It also partners with funders and philanthropists, acting as a trusted link to channel funding safely and transparently into the hands of the groups and communities driving social change across Australia.

At Good Governance Co, we work with groups and projects that serve a charitable purpose, as defined by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). This means that  your group's or project's objects and activities must be directed towards achieving one of the charitable purposes as outlined on the ACNC website.
