We traveled a long way to this release. Finally it is ready. Nevertheless, as it usually happens, after the release, some errors that we now correct are revealed. We published version 4.0.1 and soon publish other fixes. After that, the server v5 release will be published. All other projects in graphql-dotnet org that use GraphQL.NET will gradually updated. This should not take a long time. Stay tuned!
