About
HEART has made huge strides in the past two years to set up and run what is now a fairly sophisticated volunteer-led support service which makes a real difference to people's lives in real, practical ways. However, we now need to capitalise on the tangible outpouring of desire within the community to help others less able to overcome challenges by maintaining our service, and broadening it out to reach even more people in need.
