First Draft of Notes Available Online!

Hey everyone! After a few hours of delay on getting these notes together (covid booster shot today), I've gotten the first draft of notes together that outlines the derivation for the DGSEM advection-diffusion solver.
There are still a few items I'm working on, including the treatment of the diffusion terms, but the majority of the content I'll cover during the livestream can be accessed via Google Drive.
You can request access to the notes and I'll get you view access. Over the next few livestream sessions, I'll continue adding to these notes to include new topics, including discussions on stability, time integration schemes, and split-form equations.
