Advection Solver Notes Updated to include Split-Form Method!

Hey all,
In preparation for this week's livestream, I've put together notes that summarize "An Energy Stable DGSE Discretization for Variable Coefficient Advection Problems" by Kopriva and Gassner (2014) .
The provided notes also give a sketch of what the algorithm looks like in 1-D. I'll be covering this topic in the whiteboarding half of the livestream this evening . From here, I'll discuss using type extensions of the Model2D class in SELF to override the FluxDivergence calculations so that we can implement the split form method.
For those of you interested in developing multi-GPU accelerated conservation law solvers using Spectral Element Methods, this is a great livestream to tune into to see how this can be done easily using SELF.
