Another project vote (and there may be a third one soon) this one is for healthcare costs

It'll run until monday, and the project will be for £600, with initial seed money of £273 (current pot minus other project amount, divided by 3) 

Part of the intent of setting up Hogaid has been to give people some breathing space every now and then, rather than being a regular funding source for things such as rent even if people need it (because this can deplete the pot quite quickly and regularly) so we will be setting up a vote to clarify policy on this front on what we should provide (whether grants or projects) with repeated requests for either money requests above a certain amount, or specifically with repeated rent requests.
