It has been a long adventure from an idea to a mission nearly completely accomplished, but we are now ready to move our fridge structure back into place, move the donated fridge inside, plug it in, and finally open our community fridge to the public!
The event time will be on June 20, 2021 from 1pm-3pm and it will be located at 428 Ninth Street in Neenah, Wisconsin. We hope to see you there!
This event is a celebration but it is also a day we will need help from many strong hands to lift our heavy structure onto rollers and move it into place on the donated bricks we laid where it will stay and bring joy and love and hope to our community for the foreseeable future.
Please bring your friends and family and lend a helping hand to ensure your neighbors will have a place to visit anytime they could use a helping hand or anytime they want to share what they can with their community!
Bricks will be laid this Tuesday and electrical work will be completed by the end of the day this Friday. It's all coming together and it's all thanks to y'all who have donated and shown up to help.
