Dear Philip,
Thanks for requesting funding from the Collective Imagination Practice Fund.
Congratulations, the Fund Circle has decided to offer you £1800 towards your Walkshop Quest! While it is not the full sum of what you requested, we hope the funds are supportive towards your endeavor.
We appreciate your creative accessible approach to engaging neighbors in collective imagination practice. We look forward to seeing what valuable contributions come from this that can be shared back with the Collective Imagination Practice Community.
This means that we agree to fund you £1800. By accepting these funds you agree to:
· Carry out the activities you’ve described and create the outputs (or other equivalent outputs) that will distill and share the learnings from your activities with the Collective Imagination Practice Community
· Keep in touch, share back your outputs with the community, and fill out a harvesting form by 31st January 2024.
· Return these funds should you be no longer able to carry out these activities or should you change your mind about wanting to go ahead
· Claim these funds via Open Collective, using our guidelines.
In the meantime we hope you will continue to join our open ‘seed swap’ sessions, and/or consider joining one of the collective imagination Huddles.

How are expenses approved?
Collective admins are notified when an expense is submitted, and they can approve or reject it.
Is my private data made public?
No. Only the expense amount and description are public. Attachments, payment info, emails and addresses are only visible to you and the admins.
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed by the Collective's Fiscal Host, the organization that hold funds on their behalf. Many Fiscal Hosts pay expenses weekly, but each one is different.
Why do you need my legal name?
The display name is public and the legal name is private, appearing on receipts, invoices, and other official documentation used for tax and accounting purposes.
