Creator Member
Creator members represent the interests of those developing Immersive Web sites or operating their own Immers Space communities
If you're a creator of immersive experiences or a metaverse community organizer, then you can join as a Creator Member.
Governance Rights
Creators elect the Immers Space Creator Council from their membership. Our bylaws give the Creator Council the following rights and responsibilities:
- Help us select and prioritize what features will be developed in Immers Space software
- Establish and maintain interoperability standards to help keep the metaverse open
- Option to reject any proposed merger or acquisition
- Approve any changes to the bylaws that would affect the User Council
Member Benefits
Creators also gain the following member benefits:
- Access to our Loomio where elections and council decision making occurs
- Priority support from the Immers Space team via Loomio
Eligibility
In order to run for or vote in council elections, creators must:
- Have a current paid membership
- Contribute to the metaverse, either by creating immers-enabled content or representing an Immers Space user community
- Adopt and enforce in their communities a Code of Conduct that meets or exceeds that baseline established by the User Council
- Not be an active Immerser Member
