Sobha Parqcity is an expansive upcoming residential development by Sobha Group, envisioned across a 50-acre land parcel. The township is expected to comprise 24 premium residential towers spread over 12 blocks, with a total of approximately 4,463 apartments. Each tower is planned to feature three basement floors, a ground level, and 42 upper residential floors. The project will offer a selection of 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes, with apartment sizes ranging from 750 sq. ft. to 2,600 sq. ft. Designed to accommodate different lifestyle needs and budget preferences, the residences are expected to be priced from ₹1.1 Crore onwards. Currently in the pre-launch phase, the project is awaiting RERA approval, while the anticipated possession timeline is 2031.
