Introduction
In an era marked by environmental degradation and social inequality, the concept of regenerative cultures offers a transformative pathway. The East African region is rich in cultural diversity and ecological potential. This event will focus on regenerative cultures, drawing insights and practices from East African communities that have successfully implemented sustainable and regenerative approaches. The aim is to strengthen community resilience, promote ecological restoration, and enhance social equity through collaborative learning and action.

Expected Outcomes
A shared understanding of regenerative practices and their importance across East African communities.
Establishment of networks for ongoing collaboration and support.
Concrete action plans that participants can implement in their communities.
Increased visibility for local initiatives and the promotion of sustainable development practices.

Agenda
Day 1: Opening and Knowledge Sharing
Morning: Registration and Welcome Ceremony
o Keynote Address by a prominent figure in regenerative practices.
Afternoon: Panel Discussions
o Topics include sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and community
governance.
Evening: Cultural Night & Campfire
o Showcase of East African cultural performances, traditional foods, and storytelling.
Day 2: Workshops and Collaborative Sessions
Morning: Hands-on Workshops
o Sessions on topics such as permaculture design, Xr Regenerative culture
Practices, water conservation techniques, and community mobilization. 
Afternoon: Group Discussions
o Breakout sessions to identify local challenges and co-create solutions. 
Evening: Networking Dinner
o Opportunity for participants to connect and build relationships.
Day 3: Action Planning and Closing
Morning: Strategy Development Sessions
o Formulating regional action plans based on discussions and workshops.
Afternoon: Presentations and Commitments
o Groups share their strategies, and commitments are made for follow-up actions.
Evening: Closing Ceremony
o Reflection on the gathering and discussion of next steps.
