Elastic Search has been added to the server

As requested, I added full text search via Elastic Search. Here's what you can now search for:
- Your statuses
- Your mentions
- Your favourites
- Your bookmarks
- accounts (display name, usernames and bios)
You can read more on masto.host. Please give a day or two for this feature to fully roll out.
