When I first started opening the server to people, I was accepting donations on ko-fi.com, but with wanting to be open to the community members I moved over to Open Collective. People were donating a lot of money, which is great since it's needed, and I wanted to make sure people knew where that money was going, which is why I chose to start the Open Collective. I've been accepting donations on both platforms still and plan on doing so for the foreseeable future. This post is just an update about the difference in totals between the two platforms. 

They will not be in sync dollar amount wise. I tried doing that for a bit, but it was a lot of work and with the fees that Stripe and PayPal take, I couldn't get the numbers right. The numbers from this point forward only reflect the respective platform. On Open Collective, the numbers will include a bit of the matching donations. Some include the fees and some don't... I wasn't consistent which was part of the issue.
