Every year, many queer-identified folk have to make the choice of spending the holidays alone, endure hostile or unwelcoming atmospheres back home, or figure out what to do on their own. Come enjoy Thanksgiving dinner surrounded by friends and chosen family in a warm & welcoming environment. This year's Chosen Family Thanksgiving Dinner will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

Northwest Georgia's red clay hillsides, river banks and grassy meadows (where the City of Atlanta is situated) were once home to Muscogee, Cherokee and Creek Native American villages. Atlanta is also considered the cradle of the Black Civil Rights Movement and was home to many enslaved Africans and their descendants. We honor all of the individuals that have come before us - whose land and shoulders we stand on. Their sacrifices make our ability to come together for this event possible.
