we are thankful for initial donations that helped us donate food packages to 6 individuals in one of our priority communities, Treadlight, May Pen. 5 older adult males, from late 80s to 95 years benefited from food packages and one single mother with children. I dont need to say how grateful recipients have been, just to have received these packages, and for the considerstions. Family members helping to care for older relatives are already struggling to survive, and Beryl has increased the difficulties beyond their capacity to solely help themselves. What we are doing is supporting with basic needs in this difficult time.
Thank you for the support as we support our communities- we are being better together.
We still need donations for food packages, a generator, and back to school items, uniforms and stationaries for families. We are looking to hekp 35 children with going back to school in September. Keep the donations coming.
Thank you for organizing efforts on the ground and sharing community updates, Tracey! It's great to see how you are making an impact in your community!
