I'm excited to join this community of changemakers and innovators. I’ve been following several inspiring projects here that focus on rebuilding and community support, and I wanted to open up a discussion about sustainable development models in under-resourced areas. 

One of the models I’ve been researching recently focuses on تحويل الاعمار (transformation and reconstruction) through grassroots collaboration and open funding channels — very much in the spirit of Open Collective. This approach doesn’t just rebuild physical spaces but also empowers local talent and entrepreneurship.
