I’m Jules Marsh, the person behind Brackish & Co. and the organizer of the Seaweed Community Action Fund. My work brings together seaweed education, public outreach, and practical tools to help people understand, use, and support seaweed.
My role is to coordinate the effort: listen to growers, workers, coastal businesses, and communities; turn shared concerns into clear outreach and policy proposals; and keep the work and spending transparent. The focus is on building public understanding and demand while addressing barriers to a thriving, community-scale seaweed economy.
This is a collaborative effort, not a plan I’m setting for everyone else. I’m bringing a starting proposal, inviting feedback, and helping turn shared priorities into practical next steps. You don’t need to donate to have a voice.
