I am Khileshwar Mahato, actively working in Nepal’s citizenship rights movement under the leadership of Indrajit Saphi. Together with our team, I have been continuously involved in coordination, advocacy, and field-level support for affected individuals and families.
Our work focuses on helping people access citizenship through the mother’s name, supporting those still facing barriers, and expanding helpdesk and outreach efforts in different districts. Through this work, I remain committed to dignity, identity, and equal rights for those who have long been excluded.
