I’m Konstantinos Mammasis, founder of MILESTONE® Food for Your Genes and co-creator of  The Childhood Table Collective™ — a project born from the belief that science, ethics, and empathy can belong in the same sentence. 

My background spans electrical and electronic engineering, functional food innovation, and entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on how natural compounds — like the polyphenols in wild olives or the urolithins in pomegranate — can regulate key biological processes such as oxidative stress, inflammation, and nutrient signaling. But a deeper question kept calling me: Can this knowledge serve something greater than individual wellness? 

 The Childhood Table Collective™ is my answer to that question. With every purchase of our next-generation functional foods, we direct 5% of net revenue—after essential delivery costs—to grassroots, child-focused projects around the world. No middlemen. No vague pledges. Just transparency, traceability, and care. 

I created this Collective to give others — from customers to clinicians — a clear view of the real-world impact behind each purchase. To make visible what ethical giving looks like when it’s built into the product — not added on top. 

We’re here to prove that ethical commerce is possible — and that it can start small, grow honestly, and give back continuously.
