Speed Bumps & Hiccups
Hey everyone, we hope that you are staying safe … and more importantly sane.
With COVID-19 happening Latest Privacy has run into some obstacles, as almost every company on the face of the planet has, but we aren’t going to let that stop us. Latest Privacy is still going strong despite this global pandemic.
Powering Through 💪
These past few months have been filled to the brim with uncertainty, as we truly don’t know how long quarantining will last.
With that said, we wanted to give everyone a quick update on what we have been working on, and what we will continue to crank out during this hectic time.
What have we been up to?
We currently have a few things in the pipeline that we are extremely excited.
We’ve got Myles working on a few things for Latest Privacy. He is doing some API work for the front end of LP, as well as working on Latest Privacy’s twitter integration. The Twitter integration is a key feature for growing our audience on twitter (you can find us here). It will also allow the team to publish an article immediately after we review it, which we know is going to streamline our communication with you.
Our python developer, as of right now, has been diligently working on a project to help journalists. Is that a vague statement? Oh absolutely. We apologize for that, but it’s a necessity unfortunately. We will definitely be giving more … less vague … updates as soon as we are able to. You’ll just have to wait and see 😉
Rizqi has been working incredibly hard (and making absolutely fantastic progress) with our brand-new website. The LP team could not be more excited to announce more as the time arises. You can follow all of our progress over at github.
Matthew has been cracking with one of our first interesting articles. To be honest it’s going to take a lot of thorough research because, as you know, we are completely and wholeheartedly devoted to giving our viewers the best information we possibly can. Sadly though … there is catch with this. We won’t be posting any of our journalism pieces until our new website is in place. Believe us though, it’ll all be worth the wait!
David has been doing some incredible research! His hard-cracking detective skills have discovered some great questions, and also some concerning information regarding privacy that the majority of the British public isn’t aware about. Look forward to us doing some further dives into this sometime in the future.
Thank you and stay safe!
If you have not reached out to your family or friends, give them a call and tell them
that you love them. We, as a collective, will get through this together.
Thanks for your support.
