First, thank you very much for everything.

I dont know all the details but I guess the surplus is around 40 euro per a person , so why not sending back each one 40 euro? Instead of donate it to the borderland ?

Dear Shachar,

Thanks for your comment.

There is a total of 45 or 46 tickets that has been sold. (which comes up to 60plus persons as not everyone has taken both ways on the bus).

Total surplus is 6244 dkk
Per both (return) way ticket surprlus is approx: 18 euros (138 DKK). (not everyone has travelled both ways)

We have already made a 100% refund of one of your two tickets even though your request for refund came in just a few hours before the Bus departs.

It's a general principle of the Lighthouse community to donate surplus funds of a project back to the community. Please also be aware that processing refunds for 60 plus people is a time consuming job, I am volunteering my time. there will also be roughly a 15-20% payment processing fee. So all in all I felt if fair and inine with expectations that remaining funds be donated to Alversjö, which is the land that hosts Borderland, and is unaffiliated with the Lighthouse.

Wish you a wonderful day and hope you had a soft landing.
