End-of-Year What's Update 2023

Hope everyone is doing well for the holiday season.
This year has been an exciting one for us as we expand our organization and build up our infrastructure including adding program and project ideas to help with engagement of our members and bring in more members. Our money has been a boon in covering the bills so we don't have to scramble to find ways to cover them.
Within the larger organization we exist in we have faced challenges including various elections to higher bodies and found that in order to interact with the organization at large we need to have people volunteer and participate to improve our overall standing.
In 2024 we have possible ideas for a publication, for more international outreach, possibly sending representatives to events and just increasing our profile among members.
