Open Collective is returning its fees for COVID-19 Solidarity Collectives

Hi!
The Open Collective team has decided to give back 100% of the platform fees to this collective. It is complicated for us to programmatically do this, so the fees will be returned as a donation once a week. This is the reason why you'll still see platform fees coming out of each donation.
