About

Mindful Art Club ® offers community groups and wellbeing courses supporting mental health through creativity and social connection.

We meet online using Zoom software, and in various community services and venues around Plympton and Plymouth in Devon, UK.

Our groups give people the opportunity to share their feelings, practice mindfulness, create art, relax and chat. Mindful Art Club:
  • Improves mental health
  • Improves social connection
  • Teaches new skills (mindfulness and art for self care).
