What would make it easier to build MMDVM-based repeaters?
Published on August 27, 2024 by Michael Rickey AF6FB
Many people of built repeaters based on the MMDVM project. Is there anything we can do to make that job easier? Please be specific.
Are there any modes you would like to see added to MMDVM?
Published on August 27, 2024 by Michael Rickey AF6FB
We support most of the common modes and we are working to add dPMR and TETRA. Is there something else you would like to see added?
About
MMDVM now supports D-STAR, DMR, YSF, P25, NXDN, M17, POCSAG, and even analog. This project has become a truly wondrous open source project.
Moving forward we will be moving to an upgraded MCU and a new RF chip that supports I/Q. We will be adding new capabilities like cross-mode transcoding, dPMR, TETRA, analog linking (AllStar), and continuing our work on the TNC mode.
