Amazing work everyone who has donated so far to the campaign, it's been an amazing effort so far.
I am sending out this update to let you know about a campaign we are running with Gaza Champions to turn this World Cup into a time not only for football but a time to show our solidarity with the people of Palestine & Gaza.
We have 2 threads to the campaign - our own hosted sweepstake competition and World Cup watch parties.

A global series of Gaza Champions World Cup watch parties around the world with the goal of fundraising for families in Gaza. The idea is simple — gather your people, collect sliding scale donations at the door, watch the games, and turn that collective joy into mutual aid that lands directly in Gaza.
There are two ways to get involved:
1. Host a watch party
Secure a venue (or host in your home!) and run a watch party. It’s designed to be low lift, but collectively, we’ll have a high impact. We have a toolkit with everything you need: venue outreach templates, a game schedule, flyer templates, donation collection guidance, and more. Your watch party can be private, with family or friends, or public, building community and sharing public venues. Sign up to host a watch party here and we’ll send you the toolkit and support you along the way.
2. Join a watch party
Find a watch party near you and show up. Follow @gaza.champions on Instagram to see schedules for various cities.
This is the People’s Cup. Join us in bringing Palestine into it.
