Your friendly abolitionist book lovers here to update you on our activities!
We continued our monthly tabling presence at The Station on Beacon Hill and were thrilled to connect with community members seeking abolitionist and radical texts. We're always interested to hear what books/genres/zines you'd like to see at our table, so please reach out with suggestions! As a reminder, we will be at The Station on the last Saturday of the month, 1-3 pm, so we hope to see you on March 25!
In other news, our political education group has been collaborating with orgs like No New Washington Prisons to launch a public reading group around the text No More Police by Andrea Ritchie and Mariame Kaba. Stay tuned on our instagram @mutualaidbooks for updates on this and other exciting events!
