About

 What are Constellations?

Constellations are non-judgemental Peer Solidarity groups facilitated by the NEUROMANCERS team. They might be support-based drop in groups, educational cohorts, or workshops and some facilitators also offer additional 121 support on a discretionary basis. Like the stars in constellations, we aim to connect neurodivergents across space and time. Learn more here.

About Space Cadets

Space Cadets is a trauma-informed peer support group for people who experience dissociation and/or who identify as trauma survivors (we want this to be a support space more than an education space, so only those with lived experience, unless a support person/caregiver is present). A Space Cadet is someone who may seem to have our minds in outer space while our bodies remain earthbound. The group is experimental with an open format to mutually support each other in peer solidarity, discuss strategies and shared experiences. For people 16+.

About the Facilitators
Mia (zi/zin/they/them) is a white human who is passionate, creative, and committed to collective liberation and community care. Zi is from the United States but is now based in Austria. Zi studied herbalism, visual arts, health and healing, horticulture, and trained as a doula. They have worked in childcare, on an organic farm, in food service, direct sales, and pet care. They became disabled from work several years ago. Zins dream is to someday live in intentional community close to nature. Until then, zi spends their days radically resting, enjoying good food, co-conspiring with liberation leaders, doing crafts, and following their special interests.

River (they, them, he) is a mixed (Muslim, Jewish and Indigenous – Amazigh) queer crip writer and musician based in the UK. They studied politics, philosophy and history and have both formal and informal experience with peer support in a range of settings. They have special interests in radical philosophy and politics, especially abolitionism/anti-capitalism and are passionate about community building. Their hobbies include skateboarding, gardening, and DIY.
