NBkMA Funds Transfer

The harm reduction work formerly under the umbrella of NBk Essentials is now called the Brooklyn Harm Reduction Outreach Cooperative (BKHROC), and is organizing outside of—but in solidarity with—North Brooklyn Mutual Aid. The group has their own Open Collective, and NBkMA is transferring a percentage of general funds raised, plus the remaining balance of NBk Essentials’ GoFundMe ($7,000), in support of these efforts. The GFM balance will be earmarked specifically for direct aid to unhoused neighbors in North Brooklyn.
