About

North Brooklyn Mutual Aid is a community group assisting neighbors in need during the Covid-19 crisis.

To date, we have coordinated over 100 neighborhood volunteers to deliver over 10,000 meals to families in need, delivered more than 4,000 masks and 3,500 face shields to Woodhull Hospital, arranged crucial grocery and meal deliveries 2-5 times a week for senior centers, and are maintaining an up-to-date online directory of local aid information, essential businesses and services.

Our community partners include Woodhull Hospital, Northside Senior Center, Pete McGuinness Senior Center, Los Sures Food Pantry, Lindsay Park Houses, Berry Street Houses, Cooper Park Houses, St. Nick’s Alliance and Wyckoff Hospital.

We are seeking funds to provide hot meals, groceries and supplies to people in North Brooklyn who need our support during this time. Thank you for your contribution!
