This project directly supports our efforts to make a Standalone Northsky App, for Web, iOS, and Android with private posting for Northsky users via our own Stratos.Zone technology.
This project entails a lot of work, including but not limited to:

- Forking Bsky Social app to IndieApp
- Creating our own Appview backend for full independence from Bluesky PBC
- Developing and integrating Stratos for permissioned data / private posting
- Adding moderation capabilities for permissioned data
- Releasing the app to all platforms: Web, iOS, and Android
- Setting up proper monitoring and maintenance
- Adding additional features Northsky users want
Contributions to this project will go towards code bounties to help move progress along, and to help pay for the additional cloud infrastructure needed for the App itself, until costs are stabilized into our usual maintenance budget.
