We’ve grown to 10+ junior specialists, including designers, backend & frontend developers, and business analysts. Over the past few months, we’ve been actively searching for a real-world project where our juniors could gain hands-on experience – and we finally found one! 🔥

This is a big step toward our mission: helping juniors build their skills through practical work. But we don’t want to stop there! We believe that mentorship is key to accelerating their growth, and we would love to enhance our program by bringing in experienced mentors who can guide them through this journey.
