NOW is a non-profit initiative that helps Ukrainians gain real-world IT experience through practical projects, mentorship, and team collaboration. Inspired by programs like SYNI in Switzerland, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering a structured environment where beginners, students, and career changers can develop their skills and build real projects.

✅ Internships & Job Matching – Connecting talent with companies.
Given the current crisis, many people, especially single mothers and family members of those affected by the war, face extreme challenges in finding stable jobs.
We are not providing paying services, but free education financed by philanthropic donations.
We provide them with:
Free access to IT education so they can enter a stable, high-demand field. We help people gain everything they need to succeed in the global tech industry. One of the biggest barriers for Ukrainian professionals entering IT is English proficiency. Many talented developers, designers, and testers struggle to find jobs simply because they lack confidence in communicating in English.
Hands-on experience with real projects to increase their employability.
A supportive community where they can collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.
By partnering with businesses, startups, and organizations, we create a dynamic ecosystem where companies can find motivated junior specialists, and participants can gain industry experience.
How We Use Donations
All collected funds are used to sustain and expand our initiative, covering essential areas such as:

- Developing and maintaining an online learning and collaboration platform.
- Covering costs for essential tools like project management, design, and development software.
- Ensuring platform security and long-term sustainability.
- Building partnerships with companies and NGOs to provide real-world projects for participants.

- Engaging IT professionals as mentors to guide participants in real-world projects.
- Providing career coaching, psychological support, and networking opportunities.
- Offering English language courses to help participants apply for jobs in international IT companies.
🔹 Community Growth & Outreach
- Expanding outreach to reach more displaced individuals, war-affected families, and veterans.
- Establishing partnerships with NGOs and companies to create more opportunities for participants.
🔹 Operational Costs & Administration
- Managing legal, financial, and administrative aspects to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.
- Coordinating real-world projects between participants and external partners.
- Overseeing platform development, mentorship programs, and overall growth.
Non-Profit Nature & Restrictions
- NOW is a non-commercial initiative. All educational content and participation are provided free of charge.
