Following the success of our previous NVC and sociolcracy training sessions, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming NVC Program scheduled to take place from 12th to 17th August 2024. 

The training, led by the esteemed NVC Facilitator Mr. Joshua Patroba, aims to further cultivate a culture of effective communication and empathy within our school. Through NVC learnings, we have witnessed remarkable growth in our team's cohesion, collaboration, and understanding. The tools and skills gained from these sessions have empowered our staff and students to communicate more openly, share concerns, and make requests that honor the needs of all parties involved. 

To ensure the success of this upcoming training and continue our journey towards creating a harmonious and empathetic school environment, we are reaching out for your support.
