About
What is Our World?
Our World is a mobile-first, web3-powered metaverse platform that transforms the real world into a collaborative game — a kind of "headless Pokémon Go" designed to get people, especially young people, back outside, engaging with their environment, and developing healthier habits.
Built in Unity with a powerful custom backend, Our World allows users to complete geo-cached missions, collect NFTs, and earn in-game rewards while exploring their neighborhoods. But it’s more than just a game — it’s a movement. Our World is designed to reverse the isolating effects of screen-based technology by gamifying real-world activity, learning, collaboration, and wellbeing.

What Problems Does It Solve?
- Social & Mental Health Decline: Children and young adults are spending more time indoors and online than ever before, often to the detriment of their mental and physical health. Our World encourages outdoor exploration, social connection, and purposeful activity.
- Technology Disconnection: While Web3 is full of promise, most projects are isolated, difficult to access, and lack compelling real-world integration. Our World acts as a “metaverse-as-a-service” layer - allowing Web3 projects to seamlessly launch location-based quests, games, or educational experiences tied to real-world action.
- Lack of Interoperability: Many metaverse or AR projects struggle to scale due to backend complexity. Our World solves this with a modular, no-code mission system, allowing partners to drop branded, geo-located NFTs and quests globally - with full interoperability between Web2 and Web3 environments.
