Update from the Birds: January OSS Progress

The CSS Working Group spent three full days working through our backlog, and covered a lot of interesting ground! We made some improvements and clarifications around custom functions, resolved to allow column-height in multi-column layouts, and added revert-rule to the global CSS keywords – a helpful way to get fallback values at computed value time. Our proposed solution for high priority cascade layers hit a small road-block, but eventually made it through! We also worked on masonry layout, gap styles, animations and more.
