•Jarkko Moilanen had a meeting with Sitra and 1001 Lakes people on Friday 18th Nov 2022. 

•Sitra Fair Data Economy Rulebook provides foundation for governance of data utilization. Open Data Product Specification provides practical machine-readable data product description standard. The two initiatives approach the data economy from two different angles and now the joint interest is to bridge any possible gaps in between. 

•To enable systematic and goal oriented work involving talented people from multiple organisations, a joint working group has been established by 1000 Lakes (operating Rulebook development) and Open Data Product Initiative (manages Open Data Product Specification development). 

•Focus: Business opportunities with data, business models interoperability of the Rulebook and Data Product Standard 

•Antti Poikola from Sitra and Jarkko Moilanen from ODPI will prepare the first meeting related materials.
