Goodbye pseudo-organisations, Hello Vendors! 💼
Fiscal hosts, this one's for you! 🧑💼
Streamline your financial management by attributing contributions or expenses to external entities effortlessly.
Set up your list of Vendors specific to your fiscal host. Each vendor represents an external entity, and here's the best part – they have no public profile! 🤫
🌟 How to Get Started:
- Enable the new Dashboard feature in the preview feature settings.
- Navigate to your Fiscal Host Dashboard and select Vendors.
- Review potential vendors or create new ones.
- Easily edit, update, archive, or unarchive vendors as needed.
The previous workaround for these external entities was to create ‘pseudo-organizations’. Utilize the migration tool under potential vendors to transform past organization into vendors. This will help with our efforts to clear out these profiles from public view.

Great update! I recently integrated a similar vendor management system for one of my client's fashion-based sites. Keeping external entities organized and private not only simplified their financial workflows but also contributed to smoother operations and improved site rankings(Though this has equally helped in ranking as well).
