A company sent you a payable invoice instead of submitting an expense to your Collective? Or you need to pay someone who is unfamiliar with the Open Collective platform?

Make the process easier by inviting them to submit an expense. Even better, now you can invite organizations (previously only individuals). Fill out the expense details you have, and the payee gets an email notification. They fill out anything that's missing and submit.

To use this feature, create a new expense, then select 'invite' under 'who is being paid'. You can select between inviting a person or organization.
