[1h] Pre-tourney prep. Initial wiki article setup + compiling information from the pooling team (specific mode rule/map pool sizes format). Rounded down

[2h] Pre-tourney prep. Take team list from eph and select captains (consulted with mangomizer for TWC in specific), about 1h. Another 1h spent sending individual messages with the compiled team lists for each captain, as well as updating the wiki with pending team lists as they come in.

[1h] Daily team list updates from the 02/25 to 03/01 answering player questions and assisting with captain reassignment for teams that voiced concerns with their captains/had interpersonal problems that needed to be mediated.

[15m] Sending invites to the tourney's discord server for each player.

[2h30] Compiling Qualifiers mappool and distributing it in our platforms (wiki, Information sheet and the Tourney player Discord), about 6 maps needed to be uploaded by the mappers so the time taken to reach out to those is also included. This particular pool took much more time than the others since it required setting a workflow with the other volunteers, future iterations took much less time.

[15m] Discord server player reception, preliminary Qualifiers sheets infra setup (results are automated to some degree, human intervention is needed to validade results).

[22h30] Qualifiers weekend (03/12 - 03/13), this is not a typo. Includes matches refereed as well as individual result checking on each MP link and covering for eventual mishaps any referees had. Also includes result compilation and distribution (detailed statistics sheets with individual scores for each player are provided, as well as team score in a leaderboard style). Also includes Round of 32 pool and miscelaneous tasks, such as generating the bracket.json file and checking that it works as expected (somewhat automated, it's not feasible to add invidiual scores for over 30 teams using anything else at the moment). Each lobby was averaged to be around 1h30 by me, although that is a bit optimistic since those can take upwards of 1h50 minutes sometimes.
