The Paper team is giving OpenCollective a shot at allowing people to contribute to the project. This allows us to have a single organization you can send donations to in order to help cover infrastructure expenses.

Getting enough to cover expenses would be nice, but we don't have a ton of expenses right now. We are planning to revamp our infrastructure with some failover redundancy, which will likely cause our costs to go up, though, so hopefully this can help us afford that more easily.

If donations end up going way past our infrastructure costs we will try to determine a fair way of distributing those donations to the team (not just the Core team).
