About
Patchwork is a community makerspace that fosters local mutual aid and the solidarity economy. After years of organizing in the neighborhood, we are making our dream space a reality.
We’re opening a pop-up space right on Dupont Circle, at 1506 19th St NW, on the 3rd floor. Here’s what it will be:
We’re opening a pop-up space right on Dupont Circle, at 1506 19th St NW, on the 3rd floor. Here’s what it will be:
- Classes, Workshops, & Skill-shares
- Community meeting space

- Music practice and performance space
- Reservable event space
Patchwork fills a critical gap as an independent organization that is of, by, and for the working-class community. Our goal is to purchase a physical space in Ward 2 to be a hub that fosters creativity, collaboration, and cross-pollination among community members and organizations committed to a more free and caring world.
