Pismo Black Bear, LLC is a single-member holding company
built around a simple promise: take care of what we've
been entrusted with.
It started with a bear.
In the summer of 2025, a yearling black bear was sighted
in Pismo Beach, California. On July 10, 2025, he was
humanely euthanized after injuries sustained from an
automobile impact. Before the news broke, a children's
book draft was already being written. When it did —
the mission became a holding company.
PBB exists to tell those stories. The ones that don't
get told. The youth who don't get resourced. The soldiers
nobody names. The lives that mattered before anyone
was watching.
