Important information when submitting an expense: Reimbursement payments are only able to be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, after expenses have been approved. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
Approved Expenses:
- Shopping orders up to the value of £30 (essential food items and essential toiletries)
- Prescription costs (where prescriptions are not prepaid)
- Cost of maintaining phone line (£10 per month)
- Items bought in order to produce homemade PPE
- Misc costs - including promotional activity to inform people of our services
How to claim an expense:
- Please submit a photo or scan of an itemized receipt or invoice, clearly indicating the reimbursement amount required.
Expense policy may be subject to change at short notice to fulfil the requirements needed in our community with the continued development of COVID-19.

No. Only the expense amount and description are public. Attachments, payment info, emails and addresses are only visible to you and the admins.
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed by the Collective's Fiscal Host, the organization that hold funds on their behalf. Many Fiscal Hosts pay expenses weekly, but each one is different.
Why do you need my legal name?
The display name is public and the legal name is private, appearing on receipts, invoices, and other official documentation used for tax and accounting purposes.
