Fire Response Update
Dear supporters,
First. Thank you so much for your continued solidarity. Your help has enabled our organization to rapidly put together a regional response to the fires that we expect to only compound the impacts of the virus. You can see our call to action below. We are coordinating with folks in the Kalamath tribal communities and other mutual aid groups in the Eugene area. We are also working on coordinating emergency housing for refugees. We are immediately accepting emergency donations for folks impacted by the fires.
Current prioritization is supporting the Klamath Tribes, evacuated peoples in the Southern Oregon and Eugene area, folks in Clackamas, migrant farm workers and folk on the streets here in portland.
Supplies can be dropped off at any of these locations:
*SHaRE 12-6 TODAY ( normally Tuesday, Thursday and 1st and 3rd Sunday, but we are seeing about expanding everyday this week and next.) 400 se 12th

*Evolution health Care and Fitness 905 se Ankeny st during regular business hours
Supplies will be transported ASAP and frequently. Supplies needed:
Care packages, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, bedding, beds, cots, N95 masks, food, water, generator, towels, Generator, twins sheets, sleeping bags, reusable water containers, detergent, cleaners, paper towels, toilet paper
