Hey friends!

Before the usual dev log, I want to share a personal update with everyone supporting the project.

For almost a year following the launch of the crowdfunding campaign, I have been blessed to dedicate most of my time to the development of the InterBrain — carried by this community's support and a relatively low cost of living, working on it nearly every day.

Over time, however, the financial support proved simply too thin to sustain the amount of dedication I was pouring into the project — which is why I have made some foundational readjustments to how I sustain myself. They place me on much more stable ground, with the trade-off of significantly less bandwidth for the project.

What this means is that the work on the InterBrain and the other components of Project Liminality will continue — only at a quieter rhythm than before, in the time I can genuinely give it.

To all of you who are currently backing the project financially, I'd ask you to factor this into your support: to the degree your contribution has been tied to the expectation of near-daily, dedicated development, please feel free to reconsider it. And if you feel called to support the quieter rhythm ahead, that support is greatly appreciated and will be held with care in the collective's account to enable future chapters of Project Liminality.

Since the last update, the work has been focused mainly on hardening the collaboration infrastructure:

- The activity feed. The desktop app now shows you at a glance what's flowing through your knowledge garden: incoming updates your peers have shared with you, and work of yours that's still unshared — each entry rendered as a miniature DreamNode, one click away from exactly where you act on it. Your menu bar quietly tells you when something new has arrived at the campfire.

- One identity. Your GitHub account is now the InterBrain's single identity — for you, for your peers, for everything you share.
- Sharing is publishing. Every DreamNode you share now automatically becomes a public webpage. One gesture, and your work reaches both your collaborators and the world.
- Along the way, the known bugs from the roadmap were fixed.

I am sincerely grateful for all your support that has allowed the project to be where it is today, and I'm looking forward with patience and passion to the journey ahead 🙏
