Bringing on more team members
This will go towards supporting more young people to come onto the team and will enable the project to grow from a diverse range of minds. Whatever is in this pot will be paid to anyone who comes onto the team for their work.
Creations that are for the many must be created by many.
This allows for the collaboration, chaos and creativity of a group to merge into the workshops and draw it out of those who participate.
Currently there is a very very small amount of financial support for young people who wish to change the world which is barred by complicated applications, terms of use and stigma. Most funding groups that say that they fund youth only fund youth groups that are predominantly run by adults. This does not allow for young people to truly take control and create what is needed for their communities.

- To pay for the full time or part time work of a team member
- e.g if there was 2 people working full time then this pot would be split equally between them per month.
- To pay for one off work
- e.g someone does two days of admin they will be paid an amount that is agreed between them and the team
