I enjoyed so many aspects of the training – the content itself, which was a real eye-opener for me, the varied methods and the strong sense of community within a very international crowd. For me there were also some tough realisations and exhausting moments, but from day one there was a strong sense that this work is worthwhile even necessary if we truly want to change the world and I am grateful to have been set on the path with such a great community and am very much looking forward to deepening the practise and learn more.

The Resilient Uprising training was an excellent learning environment, while also being surrounded by interesting folk from all over. It was such a privlege to spend a week to better my communication and organizational skills. I would love to do this again. 😁

In our movement work, we often struggle with the tension between our high political ideals and the messy reality of day-to-day collaboration. This workshop was an eye-opener regarding 'implicit agreements' and power dynamics. It offered a safe yet challenging space to look at where we are unconsciously reproducing the very structures we want to change, and how to move towards genuine collaborative leadership.
