Thank you so much for being a part of the Free Store and helping to build a support system in our community! We appreciate your support, where 100% of all proceeds have gone directly to supplies for neighbors.

We have been based out of Living Water Community Church for the past year, who have been a great partner but they are hoping to use their full building this fall, and we need a new space!

Some ideas we are discussing on a potential new space involve additional costs (such as gas/insurance for a new mobile vehicle Free Store, or rent/utility costs for a new space) and we wanted to give you a heads up that we would plan to use Open Collective funds to help cover these potential costs. 

Ideally, we find a similar situation to our current one where we are generously hosted without cost in a space, like with LW Church. We would then continue to utilize OC funds only for material distribution to our neighbors as we do now.  If we do not though, then we wanted to share that we may need to utilize OC funds for additional costs. Either way we commit to using 100% of all OC proceeds for supporting the Free Store’s efforts and our community, with all members working on a volunteer basis.
